select the version you want and rename the index-msrs.php or index-standard.php to index.php

Edit the index.php file and change $path to the path of the folder you upload the generator into.

Then change $h, $t, $b, and $a to what you want the default For Dummies Cover to say.  $h is header, $t is title, $b is bubble text, and $a is author.

Edit the setup.xml file. change url and sitename to your information.
